Shipping policy

At Pauline’s, we believe every order is the beginning of a beautiful experience. Whether you're treating yourself or someone you love, we take great care to ensure your package arrives safely, securely, and with the care it deserves.

We currently ship orders across Canada and to the continental United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or international destinations beyond the USA.

We offer flat-rate shipping for a smooth and predictable checkout experience:

• Ontario: $25 CAD
  
  
• Rest of Canada: $35 CAD
  
  
• Continental USA: Market Rates
  
  

Please note: Free shipping promotions may be available seasonally or during select events. Sign up for our newsletter to stay informed.

• Canadian Orders: Applicable federal and provincial taxes will be added at checkout.
  
  
• U.S. Orders: Orders shipping to the USA are not subject to Canadian taxes, but customs duties and import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
  
  

All orders are processed with care within 2–4 business days. During peak periods (e.g. sales, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently:

• Canada: Shipped via Canada Post, or Canpar or other (selectable at checkout).
  
  
• USA: Shipped via a carrier selected by our international shipping partner, based on your location.
  
  

Once your order leaves our boutique, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey every step of the way. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 5 business days, please reach out to us.

Prefer to pick up in person? We offer complimentary in-store pickup at our boutique. Simply choose your in-store pickup during checkout. You'll receive an email once your order is ready—please wait for this confirmation before heading in.

At pickup, please present your order confirmation or a valid photo ID.

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier performance, weather, or customs delays. Estimated delivery times (after processing):

• Ontario: 2–6 business days
  
  
• Western + Eastern Canada: 4–10 business days
  
  
• USA: 6–15 business days
  
  

Need your order by a specific date? Contact us—we’ll do our best to help.

We strive to keep our inventory accurate and up to date. In rare cases where an item is no longer available after purchase, we will notify you within 3 business days and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.
